Managing Your Subscription

View Subscription Details

1. Click your profile picture → Settings
2. Navigate to Billing section
3. View:
   • Current plan (Free or Sophosic Business)
   • Billing cycle and next charge date
   • Payment method on file
   • Usage stats

Update Payment Method

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Click “Update Payment Method”
3. Enter new card details
4. Click “Save”
5. New method used for next billing cycle

Download Invoices

1. Go to Settings → Billing → Invoices
2. Browse past invoices
3. Click “Download” for PDF copy
4. Invoices emailed to your account email

Cancel Subscription

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Scroll to bottom
3. Click “Cancel Subscription”
4. Select reason (helps us improve)
5. Confirm cancellation
6. Keep Sophosic Business access until period ends
7. Auto-downgrade to Free after expiration

Fair Use Policy

Both Free and Sophosic Business plans are subject to fair use:

Reasonable Use:

• Normal daily use for intended purposes
• Multiple conversations throughout the day
• Regular file uploads and knowledge base use

Excessive Use:

• Automated scripts flooding the system
• Intentional system abuse
• Commercial reselling of Sophosic access
• Coordinated high-volume attacks

We monitor for abuse and may temporarily limit accounts that violate fair use. For high-volume legitimate needs, contact us about Enterprise plans.
